END OF SEASON REVIEW

The 2011 season ended with both the 1st and 2nd XI finishing seventh in their divisions. The 3rd XI finished 4th in their league and have achieved promotion for next season. The 4th XI finished in 9th place. The Sunday friendly sides completed a successful year of fixtures. At the recent Presentation Night, Batsman of the Year was won by Tom Mason, and Bowler of the Year by Nawaz Ali-Pir. Individual Performance of the Season was won by Glayson Baptiste, and the Clubman of the Year went to colts manager Justin Pieris. Young Player of the Year was Cameron Sell. Awards were made by club President, Carl Bryce.

Welcome to Turnham Green & Polytechnic Cricket Club

We play league, social and junior cricket, with sides in the Middlesex Championship and 1987 League on Saturdays and two friendly side on Sundays, based at Pillars Sports Club on Riverside Drive in Chiswick. We also have a thriving section at U11, U13 & U15 level.

 We are always seeking new playing members in all parts of the club - for more information please  fill in the Player Details Form which can be emailed to martingwalker@sky.com, who can also answer any questions about joining the club.

We would also ask new and prospective players register with the club at our Play-Cricket site.

For History Buffs there is section dedicated to our 153 years of cricket in Chiswick.

WINTER NETS

Winter nets are up and running at Lord's, mainly on Wednesday evenings from 9-10pm. These are for both current and prospective players - new players are especially welcome. You must book a place by emailing Ollie Thorne at oliverthorne@stackhouse.co.uk and places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The charge is £10 per session. 

Nets will be on Thursdays on 19 January, 23 February and 22 March, and on Wednesdays in other weeks up until outdoor nets begin at the end of April.
